Service Smiles!

In Primary Tavie and Brecken have been learning about service. A few weeks ago they were sent home with some "service smiles" The assignment: Do an act of service then place the "smile" in the spot of the good deed. Both Tavie and Brecken used all their smiles with in about the first hour after church. They would go do an act of service and then walk into the room with goofy smiles on their faces and say something like "You may notice something different about the laundry basket" Sure enough the clean clothes were put away and in their place was a little piece of paper with a big smile on it. Thank goodness for Primary!
This morning after I took Tavie to school I was headed into my room to feed Hux and get him down for a nap. To my surprise my bed was made! And sitting on my pillow was a service smile that she made all by herself! It was totally unexpected, she gave not hint to me that she had done anything and she didn't even have a weird smile on her face. So it was a total surprise! Thinking back, she did take a little longer then usual to brush her teeth today...........
Such a good way to start my day. She is such a sweet and thoughtful little girl. THIS little smile is going into my journal =)
